Our college recruiting platform is unmatched among girls lacrosse club organizations. We take a quantitative and qualitative approach that guides our players to find the best fit athletically, academically and financially for them and their family. Our recruiting plan includes the following:
- Player assessment to determine target playing level in college (Division I,II,II)
- Four(4) individual recruiting meetings per year
- Use of HUDL to create highlight reel from tournament game film
- Use of Sports Recruits to manage communications between the player and college coaches
- Two(2) Directors of Recruiting to help manage the process for our freshmen, sophomores and juniors
