Our Organizational CommitmentAll of our teams are led by former college and professional players with coaching experience, as well as junior coaches who are currently competing at the collegiate level. In addition, each team will be assisted by a parent mentor and parent liaison.
Perfect Performance Mustangs players will receive the highest level of coaching, training, practice, and game experience. Our close-knit and competitive environment provides our players the best opportunities to play against other top-level teams and receive exposure from college coaches all over the country. |

OUR PURPOSE
Perfect Performance Mustangs Field Hockey Club provides a higher level of field hockey for boys and girls in Northern Virginia. The goal of the club is to place players in the most competitive environment to enhance their athletic attributes, field hockey skills, and game IQ. This is not just a field hockey club, Perfect Performance Mustangs is an all-inclusive program to help each player tap into their full potential and become the best athlete they can be. Our mission is to create a fun yet competitive environment where athletes feel encouraged, inspired, and motivated to reach their field hockey and athletic goals.
ABOUT THE MUSTANGS
U10-U14 Teams (Develop and Compete)
At this age, the overall goal is to develop girls athletic attributes, field hockey skills, and game IQ in preparation for high school field hockey. We will develop our athletes through performance training and skills training. Our performance training sessions will increase the strength, speed, agility, quickness, and footwork of our athletes. Our skills training sessions will increase the position specific skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, tackling, etc). Lastly, our competitive practices and tournaments will improve game IQ. Our collective perspective and experiences as former college and professional players will translate to our girls to catalyze them to produce their best.

We continue to develop players athletic attributes, field hockey skills, and game IQ through speed and agility training, strength training, positions specific skills training, virtual tactical sessions, and professional coaching. Our close-knit and competitive environment provides our players with the best opportunities to play against other top-level teams and receive exposure from college coaches from all over the country. Players will have dedicated recruiting advocates in our coaches. Players will also receive a SportsRecruits profile to manage communications between the players and college coaches. We will provide all of the tools that our athletes need in order to achieve their goals of playing college field hockey .
